Return policy


If you're not 100% satisfied with any product, the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center will process a credit for the products sold through our E-Commerce Website or our Consumer Care Center within 90 days of purchase. A full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges and the $8 cost of the prepaid return will be issued. Products must be unused and in the original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned for a refund through our Consumer Care Center or at any of our CORNINGWARE CORELLE & More Stores.  Price matches and adjustments will not be allowed for promotions offered during the Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday period of time. Starting Thanksgiving Thursday running for 10 days through the following Saturday, whether offered by Corelle Brands or a competitor.

Changed your mind? For an $8 shipping fee you may return your product via a prepaid UPS label (see below). The $8 fee will be deducted from your credit. Please ensure the product value of your order is over $8 prior to shipping to utilize this service. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to our Canadian friends due to accessibility of UPS drop off locations. Consumer Care Center telephone orders and online purchases are refundable through our Consumer Care Center. The Consumer Care Center cannot process refunds/exchanges for store purchases.

Customer Care Center phone orders and online purchases are refundable/exchangeable through our CorningWare, Corelle & more Stores. Please take your order confirmation showing the price you paid for the items to any of our stores for a prompt refund, replacement, or exchange of your product. If the item is not offered in our stores, a refund will be processed. Please visit our store locator to find a store near you. Any items purchased in a CorningWare, Corelle and more store must be returned to a CorningWare, Corelle and more store for a refund or exchange. Please take your product in the original packaging and your store receipt to the store. (note: The Customer Care Center cannot process refunds/exchanges for store purchases.)
